Internormen的旋裝式過濾器旨在為液壓系統提供最高的清潔度級別之一,其特點是可以適應市場上許多領先過濾系統的濾芯。
SPM系列過濾器具有以下功能:
1,兼容各種介質,如油,燃料,乳液,乙二醇水和合成液
2,對于SPM120尺寸,墨盒壓力為25 bar(350 psi)和20 bar(290 psi)
3,更換濾芯不需要任何工具或設備來優化維護效率
4,可根據要求提供其他配置
Internormen的旋裝式過濾器根據ISO 2941,ISO 3723和ISO 2942進行制造和測試。

壓降流量曲線:
曲線根據ISO 3968計算,適用于清潔過濾元件。
ΔP隨著存在渦流的密度而變化,并且隨著層流通量存在下的動態粘度而變化。
曲線適用于密度為0.86 kg /dm3,運動粘度為30mm2/ sec(cSt)(139 SUS)的礦物油。
在選擇過濾介質時,請考慮由流速產生的壓力損失:
安裝在返回管路上的過濾器在0.3-0.5 bar(4,35-7,25 psi)之間。
安裝在壓力管路上的過濾器在1-1.5 bar(14,5-22 psi)之間。
(組件的總壓降應通過外殼的總和Δp和元素Δp來計算)
