開關，可變導通時間，標準MOSFET。 一般脈沖和開關應用，上升時間快，頻率高。

1.適合產生簡單的脈沖和放電應用

2.通常的導通時間為100ns~300ns，通過定制可將導通時間調整為25ns~100μs. 

3.通過TTL信號進行導通時間控制。
